To make it easier for you to plan your holiday, we have answered your most common questions.

Booking process and payment

You can choose and book your accommodation online on our website or ask us directly for a recommendation. We will send you an offer with detailed information and booking instructions.

If you would like to accept the offer and confirm your reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount. If your booking is for three nights or less the first night will be charged as a deposit. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a reservation confirmation with further instructions that will facilitate your arrival.

The rest of the amount is payable upon arrival, by card or in cash.

All payments are made in Euros.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Diners, American Express, Master Card and cash.

What is included in the price?

The prices of accommodation listed on our website or sent to you in an offer include the following:

  • tourist tax and VAT
  • use of electricity, water, gas, wi-fi and air conditioning
  • use of bed linen and towels
  • final cleaning of the accommodation unit

What if I have to cancel my reservation (cancellation insurance)?

The advance payment made to confirm the booking is non-refundable.

In case of cancellation or change of reservation on the day of arrival or later, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

In case the booking cancellation is due to an unavoidable circumstance, please notify us in time and we will work with you to find the best solution.

There is the possibility to use the advance payment at another date or to transfer it to a family member, friend, etc. Although these concessions cannot be guaranteed, we will certainly try to find the best solution in relation to the situation.

If you prefer to be 100% sure of the consequences of a cancellation, we suggest you purchase appropriate travel insurance as offered by all insurance companies.

Check in / check out

On the day of your arrival the accommodation is available from 3pm. On the day of your departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10am.

Will we find bed linen and towels in our accommodation?

Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided in your accommodation. Bed linen is changed every seven days and towels every three days.

A couple of days before your arrival we will send you detailed instructions regarding your arrival and self check in.

Where can I find the ferry and catamaran sailing schedules?

All timetables are available at www.jadrolinija.hr.

Can we purchase ferry and catamaran tickets online?

Yes. Online tickets can be purchased no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Can I book a car space on the ferry in advance?

No. A purchased ticket is valid at any time of day on the day of purchase, but it does not guarantee you a space at your chosen sailing time. It is recommended you arrive at least 1 hour before boarding time during the peak season (June – September).

Do restaurants and shops accept credit cards?

Credit cards are accepted by most retail and restaurant businesses. It is recommended to have cash available in the local currency for places such as bakeries, markets, stalls, cafes, etc.

Are there ATMs (cash dispensers) in Bol?

Yes. There are several ATMs in Bol. Before your arrive, ask your bank for the name of their partner bank in Croatia. The partner bank will offer you the most favourable rate when withdrawing cash.
