If you would like to accept the offer and confirm your reservation, it is necessary to pay 30% of the total amount. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
Upon receipt of your payment we will send you a reservation confirmation with further instructions that will facilitate your arrival.
The rest of the amount is payable upon arrival, by card or in cash.
Prices on our pages are shown in kunas and euros but all payments are made exclusively in the local currency - kunas. When paying by card or bank transfer, there may be minor differences in the total amount due to varying exchange rates and bank charges.
We accept Visa, Diners, American Express, Master Card and cash in the local currency - kunas.

The advance payment of 30% made to confirm the booking is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation or change of reservation on the day of arrival or later, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
In case the booking cancellation is due to an unavoidable circumstance, please notify us in time and we will work with you to find the best solution.
There is the possibity to use the advance payment at another date or to transfer it to a family member, friend, etc. Although these concessions cannot be guaranteed, we will certainly try to find the best solution in relation to the situation.
If you prefer to be 100% sure of the consequences of a cancellation, we suggest you purchase appropriate travel insurance as offered by all insurance companies.
On the day of your arrival the accommodation is available from 4pm. On the day of your departure the accommodation must be vacated by 10am.
The agency is open daily from 8am to 9pm. If you know in advance that you will not arrive in Bol by 9pm, please contact us on the day of your arrival so that we can arrange a late check-in for you.
Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided in your accommodation. Bed linen is changed every seven days and towels every three days.

Yes. Online tickets can be purchased no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
No. A purchased ticket is valid at any time of day on the day of purchase, but it does not guarantee you a space at your chosen sailing time. It is recommended you arrive at least 1 hour before boarding time during the peak season (June – September).
Our offices are in Bol on the island of Brač and should any unforeseen circumstance arise during your stay, we are on location and ready to provide the necessary support.
No. In Croatia it is only possible to pay in the local currency - kunas. In Bol there is a bank (Splitska Banka) and several exchange offices where it is possible to change money.
Credit cards are accepted by most retail and restaurant businesses. It is recommended to have cash available in the local currency for places such as bakeries, markets, stalls, cafes, etc.
Yes. There are several ATMs in Bol. Before your arrive, ask your bank for the name of their partner bank in Croatia. The partner bank will offer you the most favourable rate when withdrawing cash.
